How Does It Work?
This plan is designed to improve the six core components of the FS stroke:
Breathing, body balance, rotation, recovery phase, hand entry phase, and the catch + push which makes up the pull.
Each component affects one another, which is why many adult swimmers and triathletes struggle to improve their FS efficiency and speed. Additionally, most swim classes or group training don’t focus on an individual technique but rather the group’s volume. Often leading to ‘technique neglect’ and bad habits.
That is why, in as little as 30 days, an athlete can quickly train away their poor habits, improve thesix cores, and see a major improvement in their underwater performance.
