We are offering to send you a FREE 30 minute Strength and Conditioning workout everyday for the next 30 days via email (6 Days On, 1 Day Off: Active Recovery). There's no catch. It's actually free! The only equipment required is dumbbells and/or your body weight.Here's how it works. Each morning we'll send you an introduction video which describes and demonstrates the workout of the day followed by a written version of the workout. If applicable, you'll also get a private video link to demonstrations on how to perform each exercise. Your job is to complete the workout and then share/post inside the t2Endurance Club on Facebook once a week. You can post a video or photo recapping the week. That's it. Did we mention it's free?!
