This is NOT a ‘couch to Ironman’ program. Only purchase this program if you have a background in triathlon and completed at least an Olympic distance triathlon and preferably one half Iron distance triathlon. You’ll need to allow between 8 hours (minimum) and 16 hours of training per week.
