    Get a MTB ASAP. I took up MTBing when I was 55, 5 years ago and have done 8 Xterras including World Champs on the old course.

    I have crashed A LOT. I’ve had two separated shoulders and a broken collarbone.

    You will definitely need lots of technical practice for Xterra.

    Please do more Xterra on your podcast.
