ATHLETE TESTIMONIALS:

I’ve been really surprised at how well the workouts are put together! I normally have followed Matt Fitzgerald’s training plans and these have been correlating right along with them.” Julie

The half iron plan and supporting materials have been very helpful. My 1st half is a week from this coming Saturday. I raced the boulder sunrise tri on Sunday and felt really good – Karen

I love that structure and flow.  I also love that its simple and the workouts can be done by two people who are at different levels together.  I think I’m going to get your Ironman plan for my next Ironman, which may be Texas next year – Scott

I have been following the plan and noticed improvement in many areas. I think it’s a well balanced plan. I look forward each week to the video explaining the week and the quick clarifications. This has helped me a ton. Thanks so much for putting this together! ” – Tom

“I consider myself a good swimmer but have learned from your program and am getting faster.  The bike drills have been useful and I am getting faster on the bike also. I hate running!!  I am getting better and faster with the workouts but wish there was someway to complete a triathlon without running. Thanks for the program and the prompt responses to my questions.” Glen
